Hi Voitel® folks...good morning...
I just had the pleasure of speaking with many Voitel supporters and fans at the Northern Regional in Wisconsin. The experience was very insightful. Apparently there are many of you who are looking for bundled Voitel packages and asking for incentives to use multiple telecom services provided by Voitel and Market America. I am listening. We are always looking to improve Voitel and it is always our intention to give our business partners what they want. In the meanwhile, please take a look at the 'Shared Plans' and the recent addition of Blackberry support with Voitel Wireless. We did not offer either of these 6 months ago and I guess I am asking you to see the 'proof is in the pudding'. We are striving to continue to deliver on your suggestions. Just wondering when you will make it possible for everyone to have voitel when I tried to hook up we had to pay roaming charges totally. because I guess of being in an area supported by Altel. thanks John

Thanks for enlightening me on the 'roaming' charges in your area. Do you still have Voitel Wireless service? As you may know, we are powered by Exit Mobile and their underlying mobile operator is Verizon. Verizon just purchased Alltel and you may see a difference in mobile coverage soon. I encourage you to try us again as we are constantly adding to our footprint so as to eliminate those roaming plans. Take a look at www.voitelwireless.com for packages and sign up. You have 15 days to decide if the service works in your area. Please give us another try.

i am wondering when we can have more phones for the cell phones serivce. Many of my customers would like to have more phone to choose

Thanks for asking about the phones. I have been made aware that there is a lot of demand for more phone choices. It is in Voitel's interest to keep this request for more phones on our 'radar' and in our strategic plan. As you know we just recently added Blackberry's to our portfolio of phones. These are now supported by our wireless plans. We are always adding to that list and one of my objectives is to keep offering new and exciting options and services. Is there a particular phone you had in mind?
