VoIP, Cell Phones and Text Messaging - Voitel Telecommunications Has It All!

What a phenomenal Leadership School! Did you get everything you were asking for and more? Were you inspired, motivated and just flat out blown away like I was? Being involved with Market America for over eight years, I have never seen more information, suprises and special releases at an event! It was amazing and best of all, I couldn't be more excited about all the new releases in our new Telecommunications Store through Voitel®. You know, the last six months of research, development, and releases of VoIP, Cell Phones and Text Messaging services will not compare to the next six months! We are on a fast moving course to be one of the hottest divisions in all of Market America, and not to mention one of the most lucrative. The fact of the matter is everyone you know uses the telephone, pays for service every month and is looking for ways to cut their costs and still stay connected to friends, family, business associates and prospects. This is where you come in, through Voitel Telecommunications, you can offer a way for those to save money, stay better connected and share in the expansion of the VoIP, Cell Phones and Text Messaging business by exposing those interested in telecommunications via your UnFranchise® business! Remember you only have to sell these services to your customers once - unlike traditional products - and you get paid each and every month for everyone you sign up for VoIP, Cell Phones or Text Messaging service. You are in the right place at the right time!

Let's recap what was released and trained on from Voitel at this past 2008 Leadership School in Miami:

  • New Voitel Wireless Service - This really fires me up! Now you can earn recurring IBV for paying your monthly cell phone bill!! Not only up to 8% for your monthly cell phones plan, but 3% for Data and Text Messaging and 5% for International per minute rates! If that wasn't enough you can get branded cell phones of your choice with Voitel or Market America logos! What better way to share the service with others than to show them your cell phones with Market America or Voitel branding! What's really hot, is that you can opt for a month to month plan with no contract OR agree to a one year commitment and we will give you a $100 credit towards the purchase of new cell phones or to use to offset the cost of getting out of your current cell phone contract. I really think we have all the bases covered here and considering we use the same network coverage as one of the largest network providers in the industry (hint - "Can you hear me now? GOOD®")* we know you won't be disappointed with your Voitel cell phone service! Soon we will have this new service up on the portal and in our state-of-the-art shopping system, but until then you can go directly to www.voitelwireless.com for more info, view the available cell phones and to signup.

  • Voitel Cell Phones Superstore - Happy with the cell phone service you have and simply want a new cell phone? You can go to this partner store and pick from all the major carriers, plans and also upgrade to a new cell phone and we will pay you IBV for your initial purchase. We know you want options and this partner has them all. Earn IBV for buying a new cell phone and accessories and keep your current service. Visit "Cell Phones & Services" on your Market America Web Portal today.

  • Voitel Text Message Marketing (TMM)- Offer every business owner a new and popular way to stay connected to customers and attract new ones by the latest in cell phone mobile marketing - Text Message Marketing! The Voitel TMM portal allows you to use for yourself and sell individual Text Messaging centers to businesses to create Text Message Marketing campaigns. These campaigns can be used for "inbound" marketing - which allows the use of marketing keywords in advertising (ie "Call today for more info or TEXT "More Info" to 62898) once they text message that keyword from their cell phones - BANG - they get an autoresponse from you and you capture their contact info. Also, the TMM portal can be used for "outbound" marketing - a business owner can input all of their customer's cell phone numbers into TMM and send out text messaging to all of their customer's cell phones asking if they would like future updates from your store or business to their cell phones. Once they respond "YES", you have their permission to fire away ongoing text messages attracting them back to your business. Potential prospects for this service? Real Estate professionals, Mortgage Brokers, Marketing/Promotional companies, any business that is in competition for new customers and best of all your UnFranchise business! For more info on Voitel Text Message Marketing, visit www.voiteltm.com

  • The Voitel Home Phone (VoIP) Service - Never before have we had a more versatile, cutting edge VoIP telephone service and business building tool through Voitel VoIP. Not only is there super cost savings using this VoIP service (Local and Long Distance calling to anywhere in the US and Canada starting at just $24.95 per month with 10 BV or IBV - your choice), super low industry per-minute International calling rates, standard features, tools and benefits not available through traditional telephone service but also recurring BV or IBV for using this service and getting everyone you know to use Voitel VoIP. We pay you to have and use your VoIP home phone and share the savings with others! What a novel concept!! I hope you didn't miss my main stage demonstration in Miami about using Voitel VoIP service and traveling abroad throughout the US and the rest of the world and staying connected the whole time as long as you have access to high-speed Internet. It really opened the eyes of those looking to specialize in offering Voitel VoIP to their customers and making Voitel Telecommunications their Major in the Market America University. What I love the most about this service is it is completely customizable by you, meaning that we depend on your usage, feedback and suggestions to make this VoIP service the best it can be because you are the architect of Voitel VoIP and you hold in your hands the potential of what it can become. So go to your portal, click on Voitel or Telecommunications and signup today. Ok, I have Voitel. Have had it for about 2 months now. I saw that you could get a new phone. I want a new phone. I called to get a new phone. I was told, if you have Voitel already, you can't get a new phone upgrade. Why can't I get a new phone??

Hi Anonymous,

If you mean going through our partner store and buying a new phone only without service you can. It is called a "Phone Only" purchase. If you want to upgrade phones and extend your contract you must be at the end of your current contract in order to upgrade for the listed promotional price. Hope this helps!

Hi Todd. I don't mean through partner stores, I know about that. I wanted a MA or Voitel branded phone. They were announced after I signed up with AT&T through Voitel. Of course, I can't get one of those branded phones unless I break my contract with AT&T and pay them hundreds of dollars to do it. Current Voitel users should be able to upgrade their phone whenever they want, in my opinon. The only reason I went with AT&T through Voitel is the hope that someday, Voitel would offer the iPhone. Doesn't seem likely at this point, but I still have hope. On another note, I have been completely unable to market, or sell Voitel (maybe it's the area I live in). VoIP from Voitel is more than Vontage. The international rates are more than Vontage. No one I've talked to wants a cell phone or service from Voitel because they would have to pay a fortune to switch, unless they happen to have 2 months or less on their current contract. I Voitel and MA could just make it possible for any cell phone user, where ever they may be in their current contract have the ability to extend their contract through Voitel (like you can do going through your current provider) this would be allot easier to market.

I have had great success with the the text message marketing program and appreciate Market America and MAwebcnters effort in developing this product.

I beleive this will be a hugh product in the coming years as businesses are looking for affordable ways to reach their customers. Unlike virtually all of our competitors that charge up to $0.15 per message, we are able to offer unlimited messages for just $10 per month.

I also want to ad that the original post said that you can upload customers numbers and send a text message asking them to opt in. This is incorrect, you may upload customers with their email address and send email thru the system that will include a link for them to click on and opt in.

Hi Fred and everyone,

Correction to my post. You must send an email invite in order to opt in your customers for future text message marketing. thanks for the catch and keep growing.

Hi Anonymous again, whoever you are!

Your original comment was extremely vague so I answered it as best I could. thanks for the clarification. Hopefully I can shed some light on how the new Voitel branded wireless service works.

If you sign up for Voitel wireless service and agree to a 12 month commitment, we will pay you a $100 credit towards getting a new voitel phone OR to use to offset the cost of breaking your current contract (which on average is $175-$200)

Your statement about current Voitel users should able to upgrade their service whenever they want, doesn't make sense. You can buy a new phone from our partner store and get IBV anytime you want. But if you extend your contract with the carrier (such as AT&T) then you are doing business with that carrier, not voitel. We have an arrangement where you can get IBV for getting a new phone, but that's it as far as the partner store is concerned.

The new Voitel/MA branded wireless service uses Verizon's network and we can pay you residual IBV for paying your monthly bill. this is a different service than the partner store.

Your comment about Voitel VoIP being more than vonage? Voitel VoIP is $24.95 and Vonage is $24.99per month - so how is that more? Does Vonage pay you residual IBV or BV? What International rates are more? we have the most competitive rates in the industry and if you see one that is higher let me know so I can go find a lower one.

Your last statement about Voitel / MA allowing you to upgrade or switch your cell phone service whenever you want wherever you are in your contract. No carrier out there can or will do that for you now. When you sign a contract with a carrier, the carrier OWNS your business. you break the contract, you pay the carrier. this is how they make their money. No other carrier that I know of will actually pay you a credit to offset the cost of breaking your contract to switch to their service like Voitel Wireless does. Understand one thing, no other company, in ANY industry, has what Voitel Wireless and Voitel VoIP has - a vested interest in your business. Whether it be better customer service, better prices on phones or paying you a commission to use the service. But it is your choice to dive in, learn the differences and market and sell the service. that's the beauty of MA - you pick your major! hope this helps, if you would like to email me for more questions or info, please do so at toddl@marketamerica.com. I will gladly help you better understand what Voitel is all about. but beware - you will no longer be ANONYMOUS! take care and keep growing!!

Hi Todd, this is Brian Nott. I took my first WebCenter training from you in Yakima, WA. At least I think it was in yakima, may have been Seattle. That was 4 years ago. But anyway, just to comment on your response to "Anonymous". I too broke my contract with Sprint a few months ago, had to pay $200 per phone (we had 2) to get out of the contract and went with AT&T through Voitel. I was never told about any "off-set" of $100. Is that through the Voitel, or the new site www.voitelwireless.com ?

PS: I think some people will only post as "Anonymous" so they can speak freely. when you come from a working or corporate working environment, that goes with the territory.

Todd,

Why are there two cellphone options through MA (inphonic.com and voitelwireless.com)? It appears that Inphonic offers all of the major carriers whereas Voitel is only through Verizon. Is IBV accrued monthly through either program? We are considering terminating our service with Verizon and have been looking at Alltel. We currently have 3 phones, which means 3 termination fees up to $175 each. You mentioned the $100 that is either toward a phone or to assist with termination fees ... is that per phone? What about Verizon's new offer of unlimited minutes for $99.99/month ... are we offering that too?

Thanks,

JLo

Hi Jlo and Brian,

Thanks for the great questions. This exactly why I posted on the blog, to clarify!

Ok one at a time, Jlo, you asked about the difference between the two cell phone programs. Simplexity (formerly inphonic.com) offers a partner store website (with our logo on it) that offers all major carriers, plans and cell phones. You can sign up for new service w/ any carrier OR extend your current service if you are at the end or in the last two months of your contract but this would only apply to Verizon, at&t, Sprint and Nextel. either way we only give IBV for upgrading to a new phone (or data card) the monthly bill is with the carrier and no IBV.

The New Voitel Wireless service uses Verizon's network for coverage but everything is done by EXIT Mobile (dba Voitel Wireless) they handle the billing, customer care, account management, branding of the phone etc. They also offer the $100 credit for a new phone or to terminate a contract (Simplexity's program does not) and yes that is per phone that you signup for with Voitel Wireless. Example: You signup for three Voitel wireless phones each with their own plan and sign a one year term, we will give you three $100 credits. make sense? I hope so.

Ok Mr Nott, which by the way it was in yakima, and it is great to hear from you (hope to see you at Region 7 convention?) to answer your question, the $100 credit is only offered through voitelwireless.com (which will be on the portal today when you click on Cell Phones and Services.)

PPS. I don't mind those that post as "Anonymous" but I won't let anyone get stuck on the dot and remain anonymous! besides that is why I left my email so if they wanted help, they could get it personally and privately. take care and thanks for reading!

also forget to mention that voitelwireless.com only has recurring IBV for the monthly plans (not Simplexity)

keep growing!

Brian Nott said...

OK, I'm going to get this straight. If I go to www.voitelwireless.com and get a phone and plan, there is re-occuring IBV and the $100 offset. But if I go to the Portal and click on "cell phones and service" and get a phone and a plan, I don't get re-occuring IBV, nor do I get the $100 credit for the offset? If true, I wish I would have waited for voitelwireless.com. Now I'm stuck for the next 2 years with AT&T, unless I want to pay $175, per phone to get out of it.
and yes, I'll see you at Region7 Convention, I'm on the planning committee so I'd better be there.

When will voitel be available in Northern Michigan?

Todd Laire said...

Hi Brian and Patilynn,

Brian, yes you are correct, but remember the $100 offset could help with the $175 deact fee, so essentially you'd pay $75 to deact early. See you in Portland.

Patilynn, Voitel IS available in northern michigan. which service are you interested in?

Jenni Hughes, WI said...

Hi. Quick question. I have alltel. My 2 year contract is up so I went into voitel to renew it and discovered that we can't renew contracts with alltel through voitel. Why is this? Is it going to change in the future? Thanks!
Jenni Hughes, WI

Todd Laire said...

Hi Jenni,

The reason we don't offer Alltel as an option for contract extensions is because, Alltel doesn't pay a commission for you to extend your contract - no commission, no IBV.

But why not? because alltel (among others) figure that if you like their service and eventually want a new phone from them, you are going to extend your contract anyway, so why should they share the revenue they earn? it is a bummer, but that is why we have many, many other options that you can earn IBV from. hope this helps!
