Hello,

This sounds like a great idea, however can I make a suggestion. Our portals are for our customers and I feel its awkward to have marketing tips to help us with our customer base/business available for customers to see. I feel as though the public ma blog should contain topics relationg to the portal, to shopping, and to current news and issues. And give aways of an isotonix banner is probably something our current customers/new customers arent interested in. I think ma should create an unfranchise owner only blog accessible somewhere else where this information should be shared. The best example I can give you is that if amazon had a blog, I am sure it would only discuss new happenings in their retail environment and helpful information for their customers. The fashion cents blog is right on though!! Thanks for listening.

One last thing,

the ma blog should give customers tip on how to use the site, the search, and other technology that makes our portals the ultimate online destination including screen shots and even video demos. Just some more ideas... thanks again

I'm looking forward to this content, but I would have to agree with Ron that it makes sense to have a separate blog directed towards Unfranchise owners (such as blog.unfranchise.com or on Chatterbox). I think it is OK for it to be a public blog so that individuals evaluating the Unfranchise can follow it as well.

maBlog should focus on topics of interest to MA Customers and potential customers.

Hello,

As a new UnFranchise owner, I love the whole web portal. I do however have suggestions as far as drawing new users to it, that currently do not purchase MA brand products. We should offer 2% USD cash back on partner stores IBV purchases, and 2% MA cash back on MA brand product purchases. By doing this you place value in shopping via the MA web portal for those people who currently are unwilling to change their buying habits over to MA brand products. Over time...& by using the MA web portal they will be exposed to our MA brand products, and eventually will try something. We just need a way to make the MA web portal beneficial to all current & future MA customers.
