This is the first of many giveaways on the Market America blog that we hope to run. This week’s giveaway is in a sense, priceless. Rather than fight over seats, enter for your chance to win two (2) VIP seat upgrades at the 2009 International Convention being held in Greensboro, NC. Please note that this is for seat upgrades and not actual convention tickets. You must purchase two (2) tickets to the 2009 International Convention to use these upgrades. Remember to follow the rules and submit your entry - good luck!

   plan to bring to the 2009 International Convention.
   
2. Second, send an email to giveaways@marketamerica.com and include

Prize

Two (2) VIP seat upgrades at the 2009 International Convention in Greensboro, NC (value: priceless) courtesy of Market America, Inc. (the “Prize”)! Costs of shipping the Prize to the winner will be paid by Market America, Inc. All costs, including federal, state and local sales, income and other taxes, insurance, and other expenses not specifically identified above as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution for the Prize is permissible, except by Market America, Inc. due to prize unavailability, and then a prize of equal or greater value (as determined by Market America, Inc.) may be substituted.

Rules and Qualifications

1. Applicants must reside in one of the 50 United States or Canada and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   
2. Market America employees and their families are not eligible to participate.
   
3. Market America Independent Distributors are eligible to participate.
   
4. Sweepstakes is limited to one entry per person.
   
5. Entries may be submitted from 12:01 am EST on July 6, 2009 through 11:59 pm EST on July 8, 2009.
   
   To enter, you need to do two (2) things:

6. Entries that do not meet all rules and qualifications will be disqualified.
   
7. No purchase is necessary to enter. However, the upgrades can only be used in conjunction with two (2) 2009 International Convention tickets, which must be purchased separately (Call 1-800-232-8590 to purchase your tickets).
   
8. The winner will be chosen through a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
   
9. The winner’s blogger username will be published on www.blog.marketamerica.com on July 10, 2009. Don’t forget to check back on that date to see if you are the lucky winner!
   
10. The winner must respond by 5:00 pm EST on July 12 to claim the Prize. If the winner doesn’t respond via email by the above deadline, another winner will be chosen.
    
11. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
    Market America, Inc. and persons and companies associated with it disclaim all liability for injury or damage to persons and/or property that might result from Sweepstakes entry or acceptance of the Prize.
    
12. Winner must provide a W-9 to Market America prior to receiving the prize.
