Voitel® Email Address

Hi Everyone...good morning...
I am so very encouraged at all the comments I am getting on my Voitel® blogs. As a result I set up an email address for all your questions, comments and suggestions. I want to hear from all of you so please send an email to my attention at VoitelQ&A@marketamerica.com. I will dedicate several hours a week to answering your correspondence.
Please keep in mind though that there are two help desks for the Voitel Services. The Home Phone Service # is 866-Voitel-5 and the Wireless Service Help Desk # is 866-624-3948. While it is my intention to provide more support to all Voitel users, I may not be able to resolve your issue as quickly as the help desk.

Thanks so much for your time and efforts and I look forward to hearing from each of you.

Regards,
Jamie Kennington

Question is how we are charged, what is monthly rate, voitel should explain to satisfy ma distributers.

It seems MA & Voitel is misleading the ma distributors and customers saying that Ma distributors and customers will help them to save their money if they're switching service to Voitel. But what is happening now ? Some people realized that Voitel and MA got ripped off using their phone service and provide low service satisfaction. Most customers now are unhappy and ended up switching to popular phone services. So I see now, Voitel has too much hassles. Voitel directors and customers services has to make some excuses or explains why this issues are happening. But in reality that how's they do it to make money and giving commission to their MA distributors.

Other phone service providers out there may some expensive but customers are very satisfied their customers and never get hassles.

I hate to say this, Voitel Phone Service is a big crap phone service. It seems like one of those rip off or scam companies. So, this what I'm gonna tell you guys now, One of this days MA and Voitel customers will report this issues to FTC and FCC consumers complaints report.

Get Ready for Legal Action.

The best suggestion for Voitel Service would be is to low the prices for Voice IP, monthly cellular phone service, upgrade their phones with 3G and make sure they are working everywhere and no roaming charges. And please stop the ego that you think is Voitel is the best telecommunication service. You guys were probably invested almost a billion dollars for nothing.

Hi Anonymous…good morning…

I am glad to hear from you. Your comments are so very valuable in helping me ‘right’ our Voitel store. My primary focus is to understand what has happened in the past, and to determine what we can do to eliminate any confusion about the products, services, support & billing. We believe we are competitively priced and will strive to be very progressive in our approach.

Would you like to talk with me directly? If so, will you please send an email to VoitelQ&A@marketamerica.com? I would like to gather some useful insight as to how we can improve Voitel and I think you are the person who can help me with this task.

I have had Voitel since shortly after it was available and have no issues with the service. I had some problems in the beginning, but that was miss information from the phone company. The service has been fine and Voitel saves me about $300 to $400 per year.

Hi Anonymous #1...good morning...
I apologize for the confusion about your bill. Do you wanna fax a copy to me and I will see if I can make some sense of 'it'? Regardless I am discouraged to see that you may have been mislead about the savings. Were you told that you would save about $300 a year? If so, I can help with this---Voitel Digital Home Phone Service saves you about $300-$400 a year. That service can cut your home phone bill by as much as 50%. This has caused a lot of confusion because most people assume that the Voitel savings is across the board. Meaning Voitel Wireless and Voitel Home Service can cut your bill in half. The Wireless service however is priced according to what the market dictates. We believe our rates are competitive with all the other mobile carriers. We are working on making the plans better but our plans seem to be in line with every one else. I am eager to hear your thoughts on this though so please send me an email to VoitelQ&A@marketamerica.com and share your experience. I will also give you a fax number so you can send your bill over to me.

Hi Shadra...good morning...Thanks for your question. I am sure there are many of you out there just as inquisitive about the wireless billing as Shadra.
So, let me try to clear this up in the simplest terms. Voitel Wireless can pay UP TO 8% IBV of the plan you choose. In other words, if your plan costs $100 a month, you will earn 8% IBV of that $100. Other services have different percentages associated with them. For instance, data plans carry a 3% IBV on the plan you choose. The same formula would apply as before. Maybe I should post the percentage of IBV you earn based on each service, like roaming and directory assistance. Let me think about that and get back with you.
I do appreciate your question and I hope I helped. If you need more information though, please email me at VoitelQ&A@marketamerica.com and I will do my best to clarify whatever questions you may have as a result of this explanation.

HI Anonymous #2...good morning...I hate that you feel mislead. I can appreciate how you are feeling and by no means do I want this to come off as an excuse.
There is confusion about the savings with Voitel. I agree and I am going to do my best to help rectify these misconceptions.
Voitel Home Phone Service does save you money. 80% of you spend between $50 and $175 a month on home phone service. Our plans start @ $24.95 a month. That is a savings of about 50% a month and $300-$400 a year. This is where that 'savings' claim is accurate.
I am concerned though that you might be feeling we should cut your wireless phone bill in half. We are competitively priced with most mobile carriers and we believe we are in line with what the market dictates. Please help me understand if you have found a mobile carrier who can cut your bills in half. I mean that most sincerely as I will reach out to that carrier and explore other mobile packages that offer that kind of savings.
Market America does not want to offer or do we make it a habit of offering a service or product that is less then credible. That is why these comments are so valuable. Our business is built on product and powered by people. If our people are not happy---we need to hear about it. I am receptive and I am listening.
Please email me at VoitelQ&A@marketamerica.com if you would like to talk with me directly. I am eager to hear from you so please send your contact information.

Hi WPM...good morning...Thanks for your support. Please feel free to comment more on Voitel's Home Phone Service; the savings, the billing, technical support, etc,. I would love for Voitel users to hear more from you both on your satisfaction and maybe on some of the obstacles you overcame in the beginning by way of our support.
A few other folks have had trouble getting started with Digital Home Phone Service too. This was most likely due to 911 validation, number portability, etc,. Regardless, we were and we are able to address most technical limitations that arise as a result of the progressive nature of technology.
Would you care to tell us how you were able to resolve 'getting started' steps you had so that we can address them and hopefully offer comfort to those who need to be reassured in our ability to overcome technical challenges. We are dedicated to acheiving these kind of results with everyone. I will post your comments so that others can learn from our experiences.
As an FYI: I posted a blog yesterday on how to work with faxes on your Home Phone Service. I did this because I received two emails in one week about our inability to support faxing capability. This was a technical misconception we were able to resolve very quickly. I decided to get that message out in hopes that others reading that post now know how to send a fax with the Home Phone Service. Everyone's experiences carry a lot of weight with me; good or bad...do let me hear from you by sending me an email at VoitelQ&A@marketamerica.com.

I have been a customer of Optimum (cablevision) since 2005.So my question is,can Voitel beat Optimum VoiP? Because, I am paying only $14.95 a month since 2007 include w/ all the features plus additional $19.95 a month to call internationals (anywhere in the world) without additional fees for activation and equipment.

Voitel Telecommunications said...

Hi RJ...good afternoon...
Thanks for considering Voitel. Unfortunately we are not able to compete with most cable companies at this time. Cable companies have a leg up on us currently because they can bundle services, like cable, Internet and Digital Home Phone Service on one network. They have some technical advantages to their topology that we just do not have at this time.
Our plans start at just $24.95 a month for Digital Home Phone Service though.
Now the $19.95 a month for long distance calling is a different story and presents an interesting factor into our equation. This charge brings your bill up to ~$34 a month. What countries are you calling? Our minute rate plan may actually be better then paying a $19.95 flat fee, which may bring us in less than that $34 a month. Don't forget about the ongoing income you can earn just by using Voitel. I am not aware of any of our competitors offering commission for using them.
Crunch some numbers and please keep us in mind when making your decision.
