Wild Blueberries = High Antioxidant Capabilities

According to Cornell University researchers, wild blueberries have greater antioxidant capacity than other more common fruits, such as apples and bananas. Cellular antioxidant activity, total phenolic content and ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) values were measured in 25 fruits. Wild blueberries were at the top of the list, proving their importance in maintaining health. If wild blueberries aren’t on your list of daily consumed fruits, no worries, as Isotonix® Resveratrol contains Vitablue® Wild blueberry extract!
