You can take OPC3 and what do we usually say....You just have to take it or stop taking to feel a Major difference. Well Autoworks is the EXACT same way! You need to try it. 2 caps to a bucket of water that still suds up and washes away clean using less water. The Shimmering Polish however is the REAL kicker. I cannot talk about or describe it.....try it and FEEL the difference.
