It was great to see you last week. I wanted to thank you for the great tip on Zappos.com. This was my first experience:
I wanted to order a pair of Cole Hahn boots with Nike Air that Oprah talked about for my NYC trip one week before Christmas. I went to Zappos at 6pm and they were at my door by 12pm the next day with Free Overnight Shipping!!
Then I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and wanted them shipped to 2 different addresses. I forgot to put the different addresses, called, and the customer services was incredible! We both received our shoes the next day... Free Overnight Shipping!!
Then Taylor wanted a pair of Tennis shoes and "Had" to have them now. Went all the way to the mall, when they didn't have her size, Nordstroms wanted to order them on line. Funny right; you should have seen Taylor's face. We went home and ordered them on line and had them the next day.
We did have to returen them but the customer servies was incredible again. They faxed me a shipping label and gave me full credit.
If you are in the need of shoes....check out Zappos. They are awesome!
I just want to give my two "cents" about Loren's blog. Since I am a guy not everything in the blog pertains to me, but as an UnFranchise Owner the knowledge that Loren shares is very helpful.
I promote my portal to everyone that I can. It maximizes the IBV compensation plan. How many of you know women? All of you that know women should be reading and contributing to Loren's blog.

Yes, Zappo's is incredible. I wanted a particular pair of shoes to take on a trip following Thanksgiving weekend. On Thanksgiving Day I ordered them at noon from Zappo's. They were at my door at noon the next day. Yep, I wore them on my trip.
Last week,I went to Oakley.com to ordered custom made sunglasses (Juliet) with a itching logo of MARKET AMERICA on the left lens.And I was thinking,would be nice,if Market America will be a partnering with OAKLEY someday for customize sunglasses for male and female customers.Are we in Mass Customization business?
