Hi Voitel® Bloggers...good morning...
I am headed out to the CTIA Wireless Convention in Las Vegas next week. I am excited at the opportunity to explore new wireless technology that will keep Voitel ahead of the curve and keep you enthusiastic about Voitel Wireless & Market America.
I can't wait to introduce new solutions to Voitel so please look for a blog post from me in the next few weeks on new wireless developments.
I have a 'call to action' for all you Voitel Bloggers---please tell me if you have heard or seen 1st hand a wireless technology that was 'cool' and captured your attention. Please send those concepts to me at VoitelQ&A@marketamerica.com.

lOOKING FORWARD TO HEAR BACK FROM YOUR TRIP. BRING US GOOD NEWS!
I want Voitel Internet.
I also Look forward hearing about what you find out there.
I want it all :-)
Hi gr8inferno...good morning...Are you a Voitel Digital Home Phone Service user and/or Voitel Wireless subscriber?
You may be aware that we are working on completing the list of audio downloads available to you on your Voitel Wireless phone. This is an exclusive Market America offering in which you can listen to Market America leaders like JR, Dennis and others right from your Voitel phone. This is a great concept in that you get a text message alerting you to new audio's available for download that you can listen to anywhere. Maybe you are in the airport and you need to catch up on some MA news, etc...download that title from our list, sit back and take it all in.
Did you join this club at the last event? It is only $6 a month and I can sign you up if you wanna give it a try. Just email me at VoitelQ&A at MarketAmerica.com.
Remember you can only get this service if you have a Voitel Wireless phone---can I sign you up for that as well?

Jamie Kennington

Hi Anonymous #1...good morning...
With regard to 'wanting it all'...I do too. I am excited by my opportunity here at Market America and I am excited to be in the most fortunate position of influencing so many telecom offerings for Voitel. I am eager to explore great new technology concepts and I am just as eager to 'run' these ideas by you and other bloggers who can offer input as to our future offerings. Your opinion is of great value so keep them coming.

My wife and I joined Voitel wireless about 3 months ago, and we have had nothing but problems. We had a nice Director named Amber help us, but no one else had that kind of customer service. Our bills haven't been right from the begining, and have had problems when talking to customer service reps. I would not recommend Voitel wireless to anyone. I hope the home phone system doesn't have this much hassel.
Hi Brad...good afternoon...

I want it all too including interent but most of all I would like more wireless phones to pick from like the touchscreen blackberry and the newest phones out there on the market
Hi Anonymous #2...good afternoon...
Please don't cancel your service based on 'unlimited' text plans. We are constantly looking to improve our products and this is one area that has my attention. Let me do some more work on this front and get back with you. Thanks for your comments.

Hi Anonymous #3...good afternoon...
I hear you loud and clear on the blackberry choices. Have you tried the Blackberry Curve? We support that one, it is 3G and it is one of the best in the market. Don't you think that the touchscreen has a few generations to go with regard to technical 'kinks'? I would sincerely encourage you to please take a look at our Blackberry Curve. You wanna talk 'live'? Send me an email to VoitelQ&A at Marketamerica.com

hello,
there's a few companies out there do VOIP communication, and to compare us to them... we are so far behind.
for the VOITEL home services, why not make the international calls for free? for example: the company "i talk bb" allows their customers to call up to 26 countaries international calls for free. and they charge about the same price(or less) as voitel!! especially market america is growing globally... we shold deninatly have that in the plan. they can even hook the system on the the cell phone and make international call for free...!
another company ACN, they can do vedio phone calls, why aren't we catching up?
for wireless services... we need better plans with text massages and more phone choices... and make it FREE!
there is a lot to improve...
o and... how about voitel internet service? broad band? dsl?
yup... please add on
Hi Anonymous #4...good morning...
Thanks for your comments. If I said we compete with companies like iTalkBB with regard to $$$, then I told a fiction. I meant to say that we compete with a lot of VoIP providers on the technology principle. We will however look into designing more competitively priced calling plans in the future. Give me some time on that one.
On to your next thought---the market has not fully adpoted the use of video phones. Thus your calling pool is relatively small. Don't forget that both parties have to have a video phone to complete the video call. Needless to say, Video phones have a long way to go. The equipment is expensive to purchase and we are not 100% sure the costs for the actual phone would support having that feature. Do you think Market America users would be willing to pay ~$100 for the phone? I will do some more homework and get back with you.

Another company...
http://www.broadvoice.com/
BroadVoice Unlimited™ World Plan: $19.95/mo
The BroadVoice Unlimited World plan lets you talk all you want. For just $19.95 per month you get unlimited calling to 21 countries including the United States.
$19.95/mo and able to call 21countries for free?! and they offer many other plans...
how about be able to make viop calls on wireless device?
and i know italkbb has a feature that offers someone overseas a local number and when they call it, it will be redirected to your cell or home directly, and it will be charged with their local phone fee instead of international long distance fee.
voitel needs to catch up!
hopefully we can have something like this in the convention in August.
Thanks!
Yes, "itbb" offer is good than our voitel home phone service. Can we beat it up soon?
Can we have family plan for Voitel Wireless? Just like t-moblie & att,etc..
Sooner
Hi Anonymous #6...good morning...
With regard to 'beating up' our competition, I like you choice of words. :) Voitel is constantly on the look out for better calling plans to more countries. I have an analytics tool that lets me drill down to view network statistics on the countries our users are calling most. They are not the countries you might imagine. Let us keep working on this one though.

Hi Anonymous #7...good morning...
I love these kind of comments because I can actually offer immediate results. Guess what #7? We now have shared plans. You can share your minutes with up to 5 friends, family members and/or preferred customers & business partners. Would you like to change your calling plan? Remember too that we do not ask you to sign a new contract if you upgrade your package. We heard you guys and we delivered. It is my intention to keep making good progress with regard to all those Voitel requests. I can't tell you enough how important it is to hear from all of you so that I know what to strive for while we work on new concepts.
