Hi Voitel® Home Phone Users...It has come to my attention that a few of you out there are having trouble sending faxes with your Digital Home Phone Service. Can you please make sure that the ECM (error correction mode) on your fax machine is disabled? Please call the Voitel Help Desk at 866-Voitel-5 if you are still receiving fax errors.
