Resveratrol in Beer!

Students at Rice University in Texas have taken beer beyond the keg party... they are working to create a beer with resveratrol in it! Resveratrol, a natural antioxidant, is commonly known for its availability in red wine. There is some question of whether or not this new beer will contain enough resveratrol to offer potential health benefits and the BioBeer team still has some more research to do.
