I am out here at the CTIA convention learning what new wireless technologies and new applications are coming our way. There is no stopping mobile innovation and progress.
You guys have been very responsive to my blogs so I would like to put this question to the field.
What kind of cool things would you like your mobile phone to do?
Would you want to watch TV? What about streaming video? Video conferencing? Mobile banking? There are very few limits to what we can think up with regard to where wireless is headed so let me hear from you. You could be the catalyst for our next big telecom service. I think I should post another blog about our recent addition of Blackberry's to our portfolio of phones. We support the Blackberry Curve and the Blackberry World Edition. Both are 3G smart phones. Let me look at some unlimited plans we can offer since that seems to be a competitive criteria we are missing and get back with you.
When you refer to a VoIP phone are you talking about a VoIP gateway for your mobile 'smart' phone that allows you to make low cost VoIP calls right from your device? There are applications you can download that put the access code in your 'favorites' so that your phone knows you are making a VoIP call through the gateway. We looked at this and I will continue to explore this application.
